The People Who Make Science Happen

Thursday, 11 December 2025

Les visages du CERN

From 17 December 2025 until 1 March 2026, the exhibition “The Faces of CERN: The People Who Make Science Happen”, which was created for the Organization’s stand at the Cité des métiers careers fair, will be shown at the Globe of Science and Innovation.

Between 25 and 30 November 2025, CERN was the guest of honour at the Cité des métiers, which took place at Palexpo in Geneva. More than 112 000 people visited the Organization’s stand and the “Faces of CERN” exhibition, met the teams who make science happen every day and explored the universe of CERN through many immersive activities.

CERN’s exciting installation, which was designed by interior architecture students from IPAC Design Genève, was inspired by the creation of the World Wide Web at CERN and symbolises a living network where ideas, knowledge and collaboration intersect.

Come and dive into a universe in which each filament tells a story of curiosity and collaboration and showcases your talents.

No reservation required | Free admission | Tuesday to Sunday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
